![]() ![]() On July 11, the Fifth Guards Tank Army arrived in the Prochorovka area, having begun its march on July 7 from assembly areas nearly 200 miles to the east. While Hausser's SS divisions prepared for battle, there was feverish activity in the Soviet camp as well.
